Content Manager Manual

I was lucky to work alongside the LZB team for years, and amongst other projects, I had the opportunity to help define the role of content managers within their communications and create instructional guides for all the processes involved.

Company values are a real sunuvabitch. They take a lot of time to sink in, and when they do, they can be misinterpreted easily. It takes a strong rollout and plenty of reinforcement to really make them stick. For Aaron’s I wrote and helped to develop a companion booklet for Guiding Principles Wall Calendar to show managers how to communicate monthly themes and messaging to really sell the new company values.
Content Manager Manual
Employee learning is a minefield if you’re not careful. I worked closely with PVH’s comms team to develop the role of content managers within the company's communications, and I (without actually ever using it) wrote step-by-step instructions for operating back end intranet functions and features.
Navigation Guide
This was a tough one. (Again) without ever using it, I had to use screenshots and feedback to develop a user-friendly guide to new employee intranet features with step-by-step-instructions. But to my knowledge, they use it to this day.
